Our Process
1. Drain & Remove Old Liner
The first step is to drain the water from your pool so that we can remove and dispose of the existing liner.
2. Clean & Prep Walls and Floor
Once the concrete floor and steel walls are exposed, we will inspect them to assess if any concrete repairs or rust treatments need to be completed before the new liner is installed.
3. Final Wash & Layout New Liner
We complete a thorough cleaning of the entire pool to ensure a clean surface for installation. We then carefully lay out the new liner as per the factory design drawings.
4. Final Adjustments & Secure Liner
Once the liner has been secured to the track, the final adjustments are made to ensure a perfect fit. We then attach a specialized vinyl vacuum to remove all air from behind the liner.
5. Final Inspection & Filling
After the air is removed from behind the liner, we can start filling the pool. The vinyl vacuum will remain on as the pool fills up to a predetermined level.
6. Cut in & Complete Installation
When the water has reached the the proper height, our team will return to "cut in" the skimmer, jets and any lights so that new faceplates and gaskets can be installed. Then the pool is ready to be filled to operating level!
